DNA Beauty Store, a cosmetics company based in Belgium, needed an e-commerce platform to showcase and sell its wide range of high-quality hair products. The client sought a solution that would reflect their brand’s professional and personal approach, tailored to the specific needs of their customers. DevIT developed the DNA Beauty Store from scratch using Shopify CMS. One of the key features we created was a private app specifically designed to help customers find the right hair care products. The "Test your hair" feature consists of a 7-step quiz that analyzes user responses and suggests the most suitable products based on their hair type and needs. Additionally, we integrated Langshop, a private app developed by our product department, to enable multi-language translations, allowing customers to browse and purchase products in several languages. A private customer account section was also implemented, enabling users to track their orders and manage their wishlist easily. DNA Beauty Store now provides a highly personalized shopping experience through the "Test your hair" quiz, ensuring customers receive tailored product recommendations. The integration of multilingual support and a private account feature has significantly improved user engagement, leading to higher customer satisfaction and increased sales.
