Bonafidio, created by media buyers for media buyers, required a solution to help increase ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) by leveraging customer-generated ad creative. The app needed to automate sourcing, licensing, and distributing authentic video testimonials from actual customers, while also offering features such as customizable creative briefs, dynamic discount code generation, and post-purchase email templates.
Here’s What We Did
Our team developed the Bonafidio app, which allows businesses to automate the process of collecting and using real customer testimonials in their ad campaigns. The app includes a customer upload flow with customizable creative briefs, dynamic discount code creation and disbursement, and a dashboard to review and download content. Additionally, we integrated video editing support for testimonials (available for an additional fee) and designed post-purchase email templates to guide users through the process. These features enable businesses to enhance their ad performance while keeping costs low and maintaining authenticity.
