About
DevIT successfully redeveloped the CareerInLaw’s website, transitioning it from Elementor to ReactJS while retaining its design and enhancing functionality. The new features improved user engagement and monetization opportunities, delivering a more dynamic and high-performance site.
Client's Request
The client sought to redevelop their existing news website, which was built on WordPress and Elementor. The primary goals for the project included maintaining the same design while completely removing Elementor and migrating content if necessary. Additionally, the client wanted to ensure that the backend remained user-friendly for writers and editors by keeping the classic WordPress editor. They also requested the incorporation of advertising blocks on all pages with the ability to bulk edit them, improvements in the site's loading speed, and several other functional changes.
Here’s What We Did
DevIT's team redeveloped the website's frontend by replacing Elementor with ReactJS, ensuring a smoother, more responsive user experience without altering the design. The team also added new advertising blocks and a related articles section to enhance user engagement and improve monetization. Throughout the process, we retained all essential functionalities while improving the site's performance and scalability. Technologies like PhotoSwipe and jQuery UI were integrated for enhanced media handling and user interface elements.
Here’s the Result
The project resulted in a fully functional, redesigned website that meets the client’s needs for performance and flexibility. The transition to ReactJS significantly improved the site’s loading times and user interactivity, while the new features, such as the advertising blocks, increased its potential for monetization. The related articles section helped keep visitors engaged for longer periods.
