This project is a Shopify-based customization app for an e-commerce brand that specializes in personalized gifts. The platform offers a wide range of products — such as posters, mugs, and keepsakes — designed to turn everyday memories into meaningful moments.

Client's Request

The team approached us to help launch an English-language version of their successful French app. The core task was to adapt the product for international users while enhancing the customization experience on Shopify.

Their priorities included:

English interface localization: Full translation of the app’s front end for broader accessibility.
Improved customization: A smoother and more interactive design tool for users to personalize products.

Here’s What We Did

Our goal was to preserve the original app’s functionality while upgrading it for a new market. Here's how we achieved that:

Polaris-based UI: Created a seamless interface using Shopify Polaris for a consistent Shopify-native feel.
Dynamic builder: Developed a responsive poster builder using React.js and Remix.js.
Smart template logic: Enabled layered customization with over 200 flexible poster templates.
