Client's Request
We set out to build a Discord-based solution that streamlines email communication by integrating it directly into the Discord platform. The main objectives were to:
- Centralized email notifications: Allow users to receive important emails without leaving Discord.
- Automate message delivery: Route incoming emails to specific channels based on the sender or context.
- Support multiple email services: Ensure compatibility with various email formats and providers.

We built a flexible and easy-to-use Discord bot that enables seamless email-to-Discord integration for real-time notifications and workflows.
- Custom Email Addresses: Each integration generates a unique email address.
- Channel-Based Routing: Emails are automatically delivered to designated Discord channels based on source or purpose.
- Multiple Use Cases:
Forward website contact form submissions to a #support channel.
Receive alerts (e.g. server issues, domain renewals, weather events) in #general or any relevant channel.
- Full Email Preview: Messages are displayed directly in Discord, no need to leave the platform to read the content.
- Simple Setup: Fast and intuitive onboarding with bot commands.
