Client's Request

The client approached us with a need to build their first online presence — a full-featured real estate website tailored to international customers. Their main priorities included:

  • Custom filters and advanced search tools: Visitors needed to find properties quickly and intuitively.
  • Multi-step contact forms: To guide users through inquiries smoothly.
  • Responsive and modern UI: The website had to look and perform well across all devices.
  • Google Map integration: To allow visual location browsing.

We were responsible for building the very first version of the Homes Abroad platform — a fully responsive WordPress website tailored to the client’s real estate business. The result matched the client’s brand and functional goals. Over time, the platform evolved through several technology iterations. Key implementations included:

  • PSD to WordPress conversion: A pixel-perfect implementation of the provided design.
  • Custom search and filtering system: Enabled fast and accurate property browsing with multiple parameters.
  • Advanced contact forms: Built using Contact Form 7 Pro with multi-step UX.
  • Google Maps integration: Mapped each listing to improve user engagement.
  • SEO and performance improvements: Implemented caching plugins, image compression, and CDN for loading speed.
  • Security and backend performance tuning: Redis object cache and server-side optimization.
