In 2018, the client approached us to build the core infrastructure for their growing digital ecosystem. They needed a scalable platform where users could interact as a community, transfer Ven, access exclusive news, and manage their identity securely. The system also had to support future integrations with elements like Zeke, Emerald City, and Pavilions, offering real-world services like hotels and clubhouses.

Key development goals included:

• Develop a social network with a news feed, messaging (similar to Facebook), and a reward system for active users
• Integrate Ven for wallets, peer-to-peer payments, and paid content.
• Develop secure identity verification using HubID and biometric methods.
• Enable monetization through a membership system and pay-to-unlock features.
• Build admin tools for moderation, analytics, and platform control.
• Support future integrations with AI tools, VR components, and hotel/travel services.
• Lay technical groundwork for integrating Zeke, Emerald City, and real-world service.

Between 2018–2020, our team delivered the platform that powers the Hub Culture ecosystem today. To bring the client's vision to life, we delivered:

The Ven-powered services - like paid content, hotel bookings, and P2P transfers - brought the ecosystem to life, while features like messaging and user rewards increased engagement and retention.
