The client turned to us to transform an existing Custom Shopify app into a Public app with added functionalities to meet Shopify App Store requirements. The goal was to help merchants track return behavior and enforce return policies more effectively.

Key requirements included:

• Customer monitoring: Flag users who consistently return products.
• Purchase history analysis: Track returns across multiple orders for each customer.
• Policy enforcement: Display alerts to customers when return options are restricted.
• Dashboard management: Enable store administrators to review and manage flagged users.
