The client turned to us with a clear goal: create a platform for families to capture, preserve, and share their memories. The key requirements were:

• Capturing and preserving memories through photos and voice recordings.
• Creating personalized albums and the ability to order photobooks with QR codes linking to voice notes.
• Sharing access to these memories across generations and maintaining a user-friendly experience.

To bring this vision to life, we developed a user-friendly platform that allows families to upload, organize, and share photos along with personalized voice recordings. Key features included:

• Photo & Voice Recording Integration: Users can easily add voice notes to photos, creating a richer memory experience.
• Album Creation & Management: We enabled users to create personalized albums with their photos and voice notes, allowing for easy organization and access.
• Photobook Ordering: A seamless process for ordering custom 30-page photobooks with embedded QR codes linking to voice recordings.
• Security & Payment: We implemented CloudFlare for cloud-based security, Stripe for secure payment processing, and SendGrid for email notifications and subscription management.
• Tech Stack: The front end was built with Vue.js and jQuery, while Laravel and MySQL powered the back end.

We helped TimeWell to successfully launch, providing families with a meaningful platform to preserve and share memories. The addition of subscription management and custom photobook ordering further enhanced the user experience. TimeWell has received positive feedback for its ease of use and the emotional depth it adds to photo sharing, allowing users to preserve not just images but voices and stories for future generations.
