The client wanted to create a unique platform where users could capture and preserve their most cherished memories through photos and voice recordings. The platform needed to allow family members to share access to these memories, manage subscriptions, create albums, and even order photobooks with QR codes linking to voice notes. The client sought a seamless, user-friendly interface for organizing and sharing family memories across generations.

We developed TimeWell, a resource that allows users to collect, store, and share personal and family photos with added voice recordings. The platform enables family members to upload, organize, and access shared photos. We integrated functionality to create personalized albums, manage subscriptions, and order 30-page photobooks with QR codes linked to recorded voice notes. To enhance security and reliability, we implemented cloud-based solutions using CloudFlare. We also integrated Stripe for secure payment processing when ordering photobooks and SendGrid for email notifications and subscription management. The platform’s front end was built using Vue.js and jQuery, while the back end was powered by Laravel and MySQL.

TimeWell successfully launched after three months of development, offering users a streamlined experience for preserving and sharing memories. The platform allows users to create albums, record voice notes, and share stories, all while maintaining full control over who can access and manage the content. With the addition of a subscription service and the ability to order custom photobooks, TimeWell provides a unique and meaningful way for families to capture memories. The platform has gained positive feedback for its ease of use and the depth it adds to photo sharing through voice recordings.
